Data protection & privacy statement

Through www.naiverisks.chapsonline.org.uk we collect the following data:

  • Email addresses
  • Phone numbers
  • Other personal information in the form of competition question answers and questions to our FAQ page.

We use this information to record feedback from our users and to contact competition winners. We may also add email address data to our e-mailing list database UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED BY THE OWNER OF THE ADDRESS.

The data we collect is used only by Terrence Higgins Trust’s Gay Men’s Team. It is not shared with other departments within the charity or with anyone outside the charity.

Data collected in response to the competition is kept only for the life of the competition, unless the address owner has requested to be added to our e-mailing list. Data is stored in a password-protected area on a local network (away from the website).

www.naiverisks.chapsonline.org.uk does not use cookies and all data is supplied voluntarily by its users.
